About Christine Hill

Hi, I’m Christine Hill! After a long career as an executive assistant at the C suite level, I decided to pursue my passion for helping people by becoming a real estate broker. I have lived in Seattle for almost 40 years, though we moved around a lot when I was a kid due to my father’s service in the Air Force. 

True story: all those moves in my childhood are a big reason I’m a broker today. I had a collection of Real Estate Agent brochures and would dream about what our next house would be like in a new city. Growing up, I also begged my father to buy abandoned houses to fix up (spoiler alert: I never convinced him)!

I think deep down I always wanted to be in real estate and now my dream has come true. My passion is to listen and guide clients on this journey toward homeownership. My goal is to pay forward the experience my wonderful agent provided me when I bought my first home years ago. I started with zero knowledge or confidence that I could even purchase a home. But she led with kindness, patience, and expert advice. That is how I strive to help all my clients. 

In my free time, you will find me reading a good book, listening to music of all kinds (though I’m super partial to 80’s classics), and enjoying all that the outdoors has to offer in the Pacific Northwest. I love road trips, wine tasting, and quality time with friends and family. Finally, there’s nothing I look forward to more than the beautiful Seattle summers we all live for.
